These terms govern use of this website and any video-review service offered through it. By submitting information or a video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Our website describes creative and production services. Video review uses third-party AI services to analyze a submitted video and prepare a written report. The report is informational and may contain errors or incomplete conclusions. It is not a guarantee of reach, performance, business results, or any specific outcome. We may change or discontinue features and may decline submissions we cannot safely or lawfully process.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of your video and other materials. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload them and authorize us and our service providers to process them solely to provide the requested review and report. Do not submit unlawful material, material that infringes others’ rights, or personal or sensitive information you are not authorized to disclose. You are responsible for obtaining any required releases or consents from people appearing in your video.
AI processing and confidentiality
Video analysis involves Google Gemini APIs, and written report preparation involves Anthropic Claude. These are third-party services with their own terms and practices. Uploaded video files are deleted from our workflow after analysis, but provider-side copies, logs, and retention may differ. Do not submit material requiring a particular confidentiality, security, or data-processing arrangement without discussing that arrangement with us first. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Responsible use and site content
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful content. The site’s text, imagery, design, and other materials belong to us or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. References to third-party services do not imply their endorsement.
Important limitations
The site and AI-generated reports are provided for general informational purposes. Review outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and should be checked by a qualified person before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or report. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
