StormMaker Productions respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we receive through this site and the video-review service, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, interest, and message you submit. If you use video review, we receive the video and any details you provide with it. Our site and hosting providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as device, browser, and request information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, analyze submitted videos, prepare written reports, email those reports to customers, and maintain the security and operation of the service. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI video review and service providers
Submitted videos are processed through Google Gemini APIs for analysis. Analysis information is used with Anthropic Claude to prepare a written report, which is emailed to the customer. We delete uploaded video files from our workflow after analysis. Third-party providers may process or retain information under their own terms, security practices, and retention settings; deletion from our workflow does not necessarily delete copies or logs held by those providers. Hosting and email-delivery services may also process information needed to deliver the service.
Retention and security
Uploaded video files are deleted from our workflow after analysis. Contact messages, analysis information, and emailed reports may be retained as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share, or sensitive information unnecessary for the review.
Your privacy choices
You may contact us to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry or submission. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, depending on whether those laws apply to our business and the information involved. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
Children and updates
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information or video without appropriate authorization. We may update this notice as our practices change and will post the updated date here.
